Dispersing discs are used for grating the product, or for mixing a powder into the product to a smooth mixture. Agitators with dispersing discs are dimensioned in such a way that the peripheral speed of the disc is very high, and the product will thus be com- minuted/dispersed. Dispers-
ing discs are mounted in a hub to be screwed to the mixing shaft.
The dispersing discs are supplied in AISI 304 or AISI 316.
